Common Simple Emergencies

In 1980 I was on the Emergency Medicine faculty at Georgetown University Hospital with Phil Buttaravoli, who was the second physician to train in EM (I was about the 100th). I helped him write a book that covered conditions that were not yet in other texts, which is still for sale as "Minor Emergencies" (I dropped out as co-author this last edition).
